Because of its location, La Molinuca is the ideal starting point to enter the National Park of Picos de Europa and the Asturian and Cantabrian nature and cultural richness.

We can enter the Park from Cangas de Onís, visit the Covadonga Monastery and the glaciar lakes Enol and Ercina. This are belongs to the occidental massif in Picos

Second option is get to Cabrales to access the Park along its central massif. Visit the Cabrales Cheese cave-museum, Cares River Gorge walking route, the famous peak Naranjo de Bulnes and the funicular in Bulnes.

And finally, the oriental massif, with the impressive road through the Hermida Gorge that leads to Potes, Fuente De and the cable car, or the Santo Toribio Monastery.

The Asturian coas is just 20 min away from La Molinuca. Places like Colombres with the Indianos Houses or Llanes as a sea village are two of the most caracteristics villages in oriental Asturias.

Other villages along the coast are Ribadesella, Colunga, Villaviciosa o Lastres
